Completing her pre-dental studies at San Diego State University, Dr. Starnes attended dental school at University of the Pacific. She then followed in her father’s footsteps with a residency in orthodontics at St. Louis University. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists, the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontics, the California Dental Association, and the Orange County Dental Society.
