Dr. Alkatib completed his dental studies at the USC School of Dentistry, from which he was also awarded his Endodontics Certificate. Dr. Alkatib is also an internationally trained Oral Surgeon. Because of his dual training, he has a special interest in Surgical Endodontics.

Dr. R. Jay Rassouli grew up in Orange County and is a proud Southern California native. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Irvine and then moved on to dental school at University of Southern California (USC). While at USC, Dr. Rassouli served on the Accreditation Committee.

Dr. A. Anthony Rassouli and Dr. R. Jay Rassouli are avid believers in the importance of continuing education. In addition to staying abreast of the latest dental products and technology, they are the co-founders of the South Coast Dental Academy. The Academy is dedicated to providing ongoing dental instruction to dentists in the Orange County area.

Dr. Xia (pronounced sha) has been practicing endodontics for over 10 years. Prior to moving to Orange County in 2010, she practiced in New York city. Dr. Xia always strives to practice at the highest standard possible. She understands that root canal procedures can be a stressful experience for the patient and the importance of gentle care. Dr. Xia takes the time to inform the patient on the entire process from the procedure to the prognosis, to reduce stress and unknowns for her patient. Dr. Xia comes from a strong family line of medical practitioners spanning Chinese medicine, radiology to even nuclear medicine.

Dr. Mai has been a Huntington Beach local for over 20 years. She is a second generation dentist and grew up in a dental care environment.

Dr. Steven has been a native of Huntington Beach for over 20 years. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, San Diego, and his DMD at Boston University School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Baldwin is a graduate of U.S.C. in 1972. He continued his dental education at Washington University School of Dental Medicine to graduate in 1975. He has taken continuing education courses at various schools and organizations annually ever since. Dr. Baldwin also completed a two-year program in orthodontic treatment in 1985.

Dr. Hipolito has 15 years of professional experience in General and Cosmetic Dentistry. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences in 1995, and continued on to the prestigious University of Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, CA in an accelerated 3-year program, graduating in 1998.

After graduating from UC San Diego, Dr. Chad attended the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco and graduated in 2004. While in dental school, Dr. Chad was involved in community outreach and education with local elementary schools in the San Francisco area.

Dr. Martha Lucero decided when she was only 8 years old that she wanted to become a dentist. After graduating from the National Autonomous University of Mexico when she was 21 years old, Dr. Lucero opened her first practice in Mexico City. Early on in her career, Dr. Lucero learned the importance of the mind-body connection and began offering her patients a more comprehensive diagnosis and treatment plan. She also realized that in order to keep up with advances in science and technology and offer a broad spectrum of dental treatments, it was necessary for her to expand her knowledge of general dentistry.

A California native, Dr. Blanca E. Zamora graduated at the top of her class from the prestigious University of Guadalajara School of Dentistry in 1984. In order to expand her knowledge of general dentistry, Dr. Zamora has attended continuing education programs at the University of Southern California and Loma Linda University throughout her career.

Dr. Hussein was born and raised in Brazil until the age of 12. He went UC Berkeley and double majored in Molecular Biology and in Economics. He studied dental school in San Francisco at University of the Pacific. Then he did his residency in New York at Staten Island University Hospital. Dr. Hussein is able to speak Portuguese, Arabic, Spanish and English.

Dr. Audrey Andrade was born and raised in Orange County. After studying psychobiology at UCLA for her undergraduate education, she studied dentistry at USC.
