General Dentistry

Dr. Chen has been practicing dentistry in Orange County for over 20 years since he graduated from USC, School of Dentistry in 1992, with honors. A leader in implant dentistry and laser technology, Dr. Chen equips his practice with the most advanced dental lasers and diagnostic equipment in order to deliver the highest standard of care to his patients.

Dr. Shawn Loo received his undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of California at Irvine. While at UCI, he served as the academic chair for Lambda Theta Delta.

Dr. Shahram Shahriyarpour graduated with exceptional performance from UCLA School of Dentistry and became a fellow at UCLA’s Center for Advanced Education in General Dentistry and Aesthetics.

Dr. Samira Shafaee proudly graduated from the prestigious UCLA School of Dentistry, where she continued to serve as a clinical instructor for several years. With many accomplishments to her name, including published research, authoring dental articles for the public, and serving the U.S. veterans at the VA Health Center, she considers her private practice in Irvine to be the most rewarding. She places great emphasis on getting to know her patients and their long-term dental goals.

Dr. Calilung is very involved with organized dentistry both at state and national level, the California Dental Association and the American Dental Association respectively. Since 1993, he has served as adjunct faculty at USC Dental School and volunteers his Fridays with the clinical dental students.

As a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist, my goal is to ensure that your child’s dental visit is enjoyable and positive. Being a parent of two young children, I understand the importance of entrusting your child to another and to make certain that they are provided the best possible care.

Dr. Anoosheh Mazhari-Khorshidian was raised in Michigan. There she received both her undergraduate and doctorate degrees from the prestigious University of Michigan. Upon graduation from dental school in 2008, she completed a General Practice Residency at Cleveland Clinic Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. She moved to Irvine in 2010 to follow her California dreams.

Dr.Khodai is part of an Irvine tradition of dental excellence. As a 1999 graduate of the University of Southern California, she has dedicated her professional career to providing you with the best that dentistry has to offer. She continually educates herself and her staff on the newest dental techniques and the latest advances in dentistry in order that she may offer you state-of-the-art, personalized, comfortable, and antiseptic dental care.

Dr. Tozzer graduated from Emory University in 1975 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He then attended University of North Carolina School of Dentistry where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 1979.

Dr. Alka Doshi is a graduate of the prestigious Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of U.S.C. Upon graduating in 1991, she began practicing general and restorative dentistry with her husband Dr.Tushar Doshi. At Amore Dentistry, Alka is committed to maintaining an environment of excellence and eminence, while providing her single-minded focus to her patients to ensure quality care.  

Dr. Tushar Doshi graduated in 1987 from Bombay University and has received intensive training in Aesthetic Dentistry at U.S.C. and Loma Linda University. His Implant training was at Boston Implant Institute and advanced Implant Dentistry training at Loma Linda University.

Roxanna Baghai, D.D.S. obtained her dental degree from the New York University College of Dentistry after graduating with Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California Irvine.

Dr. Shafiei received her bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of California at Riverside. Her passion for dentistry led her to the prestigious Tufts Dental School in Boston, where she continued her formal education in the field of dentistry.

Dr. Chang values being able to contribute to his community by educating patients and making a positive impact on their oral health. He approaches both small cases and full-mouth cases with the same philosophy – offering the best dental treatment available so patients can have healthy, confident smiles.

Dr. Aaron Takigawa is an Orange County native. He was born in Westminster, then lived most of his childhood in Irvine, attending and playing basketball for Northwood High School.

Dr. Basem Airood is dedicated to providing his patients with the best care that dentistry has to offer. He brings more than 20 years of dental experience, including 8 years in Southern California, with a record of proven success and determination to the practice.

Dr. Lorente’s office is a private dental practice, that has been serving the Irvine area for more than 20 years. We see patients of all ages and provide services in general, cosmetic, and preventative dentistry.

After having received his Bachelor’s degree at La Sierra University, California, Dr. Kim went on to be a proud graduate of Loma Linda University School of Dentistry.

Dr. Ash was in private practice with his father in Vancouver, Canada for 15 years, where he also served as Clinical Instructor to senior dental students at the University of British Columbia Faculty of Dentistry. He concurrently held staff positions at the Department of Dentistry, Vancouver General Hospital and Department of Surgery, St. Paul’s Hospital.

Dr. Ashish Vashisht graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1997 as a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), where he also received the Western Canada Dental Society Memorial Scholarship and Quintessence Publishing Award.
