Dr. Bijal Mehta grew up in Orange County before achieving his Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion & Disease Prevention Studies at the University of Southern California. After graduating college, he attended the Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC where he served as the Class President for four years.

Dr. Ashok Mehta was licensed to practice dentistry in California in 1980. Over three decades of experience has propelled him to open 4 unique practices throughout Los Angeles County and Orange County. Throughout his career, Dr. Mehta has continued to be active in the dental community. As a former President of the Harbor Dental Society and former Vice President of the Indian Dental Association of Southern California, he has shown his leadership and commitment to the field of dentistry.

Dr. Hahn is an East Coast native who graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in biology. From Pennsylvania, Dr. Hahn headed west and enrolled at the UCLA School of Dentistry, where he graduated as the class valedictorian. Desiring additional training and experience, Dr. Hahn completed a postgraduate residency program at the VA Medical Center of Long Beach, where he continues to treat veterans of all ages. Dr. Hahn is committed to providing excellent dentistry in a comfortable, relaxed and compassionate atmosphere.

Dr. Winer grew up locally right outside the Los Alamitos area. He attended college at UC Riverside with a major in Psychobiology. After college, he went to the USC School of Dentistry and graduated in 2000. Eager to start his dental career, he joined our practice that very same year. Dr. Winer enjoys a wide range of dental services with his favorites being repairing broken teeth and the restoration of Implants. Dr. Winer takes pride in getting to know his patients and making them feel comfortable during their dental visit.

Dr. Zell joined Los Alamitos Dental Care in 1998. He is a Southern California native, growing up in southern Orange County and then later in Temecula. He attended UC Irvine for his biology degree, then UCLA for dental school. After graduating in 1994, he furthered his training at UCLA’s Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program.

Dr. Wallace grew up in Long Beach, graduated with honors from the UCLA School of Dentistry in 1993, and is a founding partner of Los Alamitos Dental Care. Although skilled in all areas of restorative dentistry, Dr. Wallace is also an experienced Invisalign provider and a leading expert in the field of evaluating and treating common airway disorders such as snoring and sleep apnea.

Dr. Shanna Chirco loves practicing dentistry and interacting with patients. Her passion is helping her patients improve their dental health and smiles and she looks forward to providing each patient quality, caring service in a warm and welcoming environment.

Dr. Janice Jooyoung Hong received her Doctoral of Dental Surgery degree from University of Southern California (USC) in 2000. Before that she went to University of California Irvine (UCI) and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Since she graduated from USC, she has worked with some great Dental offices to give her experience in dentistry as well as taking continuing education to enhance her skills and knowledge as she continues to do her best for her patients.
