Dr. Layson’s developed her love for dentistry in the Philippines, where her father was a dentist. Rowena Layson is a general dentist and a graduate of Centro Escolar University in Manila, Philippines (where she ran a practice for 3 1/2 years, before coming to the United States). Dr. Layson became a Dental Associate in Chino Hills for two years and later moved to Fontana/Colton Dental Group and worked there as a Dental Associate for four years.In 2006 she began her own practice, Great Smile Dental Office in Corona, CA. Dr. Layson began building her practice while also working as a Dental Associate and being the mother of her two children.Dr. Layson gives back to her community in a variety of ways. She can often be found doing free dental screenings at her local church, or even going abroad on a mission trip.In her free time, Dr Layson also enjoys cooking, reading, traveling and spending quality time with her family and friends. She is happily married to her husband David and is a mother of 2 boys, David Nicolo and Matthew. They have lived in Corona since 1996.
