Dr. James Hair graduated in 1981 with a Bachelors of Science degree in biology from the University of Southern California. He furthered his education by receiving his DDS degree from his alma mater, USC. Dr. Hair grew up in Orange County where summers were spent working on the boats out of Davey’s Locker in Newport Beach and exploring our beautiful coastline and ocean.
His love for our wonderful community led him to open his doors for business in Corona del Mar in 1986. Treating his patients as he would want to be treated and going the extra mile to assure satisfaction has always been his credo. Dr. Hair is proud to offer high quality dental care to adults and children to ensure they have a healthy, beautiful smile for life. He continues to refine his knowledge with continuing education through UCLA, USC, and Loma Linda as well as the Orange County Advanced Study Club and the Seattle Study Club.
Dr. Hair lives in San Clemente with his wife Gail and has raised three sons. He continues his love of the ocean by surfing, fishing & free-diving. He also enjoys spending his time outdoors skiing, running, and his newest passion fly-fishing and of course cheering on his beloved Trojans.
