Among our goals is the providing of treatment and dental health education which will allow our patients to have a comfortable, healthy mouth, as well as a beautiful smile.
From the initial, comprehensive examination, using state of the art digital cameras, we endeavor to offer personalized, gentle dental care for our patients. There is an emphasis on long-term periodontal health as well as esthetics.
My professional education began as an undergraduate at the University of California at Los Angeles in the mid-1960’s and led to attendance at the U.C.L.A. School of Dentistry.
I graduated from U.C.L.A. with the degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1972.
I began my dental practice in Cerritos in 1976, and have been with Dr. Kress in our present location since 1988.
During my thirty-plus years of practicing dentistry, it has been a high priority to stay current with the latest trends and knowledge in the field. To that end, I was a member of the Odontic Seminar at the U.S.C. School of Dentistry for six years. Additionally, I served as an instructor for the University of Pacific School of Dentistry and the University of Southern California School of Dentistry. Each year I attend courses which help me to provide high-quality professional care for my patients. Classes presented by international experts in their fields have included, among others, dental implantology, porcelain veneers, and cosmetic bleaching.
Besides my professional affiliations in the American Dental Association and Harbor Dental Society, I have served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Cerritos Chamber of Commerce and as a member of the Cerritos Noontime Optimist Club.
