Dr. Rick Nichols, DDS

I attended Fresno State University where I completed my bachelor’s degree in biology/zoology. I attended Loma Linda University School of Dentistry to obtain my Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1993. I was the first resident ever accepted to Loma Linda University’s new Post Graduate Program in Pediatric Dentistry. After becoming a certified pediatric dental specialist, I opened my practice in Redlands in 1995. Education is a continuous process. I am constantly making it a priority to stay informed about all the latest advances in pediatric dentistry. I also teach a number of continuing education courses to dentists, dental hygienists, and dental assistants, as well as various parents’ groups with a focus on pediatric patient behavior management, preventive dentistry, oral hygiene instruction, interceptive orthodontics, and pediatric dental trauma.
