A Burbank native, Dr. Mark Kaufman has been providing compassionate, high quality dental care to our community for over twenty-five years. In recognition of this outstanding performance he has been voted “Best Dentist” on three occasions in the Burbank Leader’s Best of Burbank survey.
Dr. Kaufman’s local roots run deep as he attended the University of Southern California, when he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1979. After completing his undergraduate studies, he traveled to the Chicago campus of Northwestern University where he obtained his dental education, graduating with honors in 1983. In his ongoing quest to provide expert oral health care to his patients, Dr. Kaufman attends numerous continuing education meetings and is active in several professional organizations, such as the Academy of Osseointegration.
Early in his career, Dr. Kaufman was invited to join the faculty of the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at USC. He has been a Clinical Instructor at the school since 1988, where he enjoys sharing his knowledge and helping train tomorrow’s dental practitioners.
