Dr. Parissa Djafari, DDS

Dr. Djafari believes that it is important to treat a patient as a whole person and not just teeth. The body is an intricate system, in which all parts need to work in conjunction with one another. If one part is not functioning at the optimum level, it will affect the entire system. It is a scientific fact that gum disease is correlated with heart disease and diabetes. Having healthy gums and teeth will improve the whole body. Dr. Djafari has experience practicing in many different settings. She has worked in hospitals and large clinics before finding her private practice in Riverside, where she has practiced since 2003. As a Loma Linda School of Dentistry graduate, Dr. Djafari has been practicing dentistry since 1997. Her passion is cosmetic dentistry.  In her spare time, Dr. Djafari enjoys painting and doing ceramic work., thus she also brings the art of color recognition to her dentistry.
